We both agree that these terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any agreement entered into between you and the CHA.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to all content of this website are owned by or licensed by The CHA. Copying, adaptation or other use of all or any part of the content without the express permission of the CHA is strictly prohibited.

Conditions of Enrolment

All enrolments that are processed on this website are done so through a secure server.

For the fees quoted the CHA will supply course materials.

The CHA is not responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred.

There is no time limit on your studies.

You can study as and when it is convenient for you.

The CHA reserves the right to refuse to accept any applications for enrolment without having to disclose it's reasons for doing so.

All course fees must be paid before the issue of the Certificate.

Cancellation of Courses

According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a seven working days in which to cancel your course from receipt of goods. You will be required to make such a request in writing explaining your reasons and return all course materials to the CHA within two weeks of your enrolment date. All course materials should be returned to us in good and complete order before a refund is made.

Liability

As far as permitted by law:

1. The CHA shall have no liability to any person for any loss or damage, however occurring, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the content on this web site.
2. Any liability under any agreement between you and the CHA shall be limited to the return of any sums paid by you to the CHA.

Data Protection

All personal information provided by you is used solely by The CHA to process your order, to respond to any request or enquiry by email, unless we have received your permission to do otherwise, e.g. Entry onto the EURCP Register We do not generate any third party revenue from the data collected on this website. All your personal data processed on this website is processed through paypal secure server. Request for copies of your personal data, and any other queries relating to your personal data, should be made in writing to CHA at the address given on the contacts page. If you have cancelled your order you personal information will be removed.
